Spa. We used the thermal spa. The place is very clean and the staff very helpful. We checked several thermal facilities in the area and found this place reasonably priced, well located, less crowded, and absolutely clean.
Being from America and going to a lot of spa’s, I will say that this is by far the best spa experience I have ever been too. The staff was professional, the place was clean, and the scenery was just absolutely amazing! The experience was well worth the money and the valet was super professional. I will be coming back and I will be bringing a lot of my friends to enjoy a real spa.

Oh my god!!!! I fell in love with this spa!!! Very, very great customer service! The service they provide, the peacefulness and quietness! The views! Everything overall was peaceful, beautiful, and relaxing! I am definitely going back when i'm in the area! Oh and their passion fruit tea, is amazing!!
Lovely place and staff is nice. Food menu is limited and the pool is a bit dirty. Before reserving the hotel I was told that the spa was open but the pool was closed. Once we arrived ot was the complete opposite. Spa is open on the weekends. No wifi. Day visit only if the spa is open I would suggest.
Great experience! The Spa was nice and relaxing, very professional. The rooms are in good shape and we had a lovely view over the lake from our room!
This place is absoluty amazing! Everything is beatiful, everywhere you see, everything is nice. food is amazing! Tacos de Langosta is the best ! i love iT! services is amazing, they are always atending the table and cleaning everything aroung! ABSOLUTY BEAUTIFUL!
Excellent service. Very secure and private. The ladies who massage put a lovely braid in your hair at the end… It’s a very delightful experience. Drinks and food by the pool were lovely with great service.
